Here you will find terms and conditions regarding your remuneration and report forms to get it.

Are you a member?

You need to be a member of SöderS. If you have a Mecenat Card with SöderS' logo or a receipt from your payment for the membership that applies to the current semester, you are a member. You can become a member at any time during the semester.

Are you correctly elected?

You must be elected by SöderS and be a regular student representative in your council. If you are a deputy, you will be paid for the meetings you attended on duty. If you are unsure whether you are regular or deputy, you can check our register.

Do you have all the time and information?

The registration and time reporting form must be correctly completed and submitted no later than 30 days after the end of the semester for payment to take place.

If all steps are completed, this means that you are entitled to remuneration and shall report time!

Time reporting for your remuneration

You fill in the time report at the end of the semester and report the total amount of meetings and hours for the entire semester. If you are appointed in several different councils at the university, you fill in a time report for each council. Deadline for the time report for VT24 is 2 July.

Please note that we can only guarantee payments to Swedish bank accounts.

Decision by an individual/chairman's decision

In order to receive remuneration for decisions by an individual person/chairman's decision, you need to have participated in the decision by having: Taken part in the proposal and read through any associated decision documents. Linked back to the individual decision maker. Depending on the forum, the feedback may have taken place via email, phone or during a presentation. Note that it's the number of decisions per semester that counts and not the number of calls, emails, presentations or the total time.
